Laminating Film

Laminated glass interlayer

Laminating film is use as the interlayer in laminated glass. If the laminated glass is broken, the laminating film holds fragments together, avoiding a disintegration leading to injury to persons. Hence laminated glass is also called safety glass. It can also provide certain sound insulation and heat insulation properties.

EVA laminated glass

EVA laminated glass production equipment is simple and low-cost.

PVB laminated glass

PVB laminated glass is the most common laminated glass, widely used in building exterior walls.

SGP laminated glass

SGP laminated glass has stronger hardness and better penetration resistance.

EVA Film

EVA is the abbreviation of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer). EVA film is cheaper than PVB and SGP and it is easy to storage and use. EVA film is not as good as PVB SGP in anti-aging and impact resistance. At present, EVA film is mostly used for indoor decoration and photovoltaic modules.

PVB Film

PVB is the abbreviation for polyvinyl butyral (Polyvinyl butyral). PVB film is the most common laminated glass interlayer. It has good adhesive properties, and can maintain its strength under sunlight. With its elastic material, PVB film can resist impact and provide sound insulation.

SGP Film

SGP is abbreviation of SentryGuard Plus Interlayer, it has stronger impact resistance and is a material with higher safety performance. SGP is a good choice for situations requiring stress, such as glass plank path and glass viewing platform. It is used in building exterior walls, and other places with safety requirements.
